Gachagua Alleges What Late Ng'eno Confided to Him Before he Was unceremoniously Hounded From Office

Former and impeached Deputy President of the republic of Kenya Hon Rigathi Gachagua has attracted huge public attention, after alleging what Emurua Dikir constituency Member of Parliament (MP) late Johanna Ng'eno confided to him, before he (Gachagua was unceremoniously hounded out of office in the year 2024.

While speaking during a church service on Sunday 1, March, 2026, Rigathi Gachagua alleged that before he was shown the exit door from the country's second top political job, Jonanna Ng'eno reached out to him and disclosed what the Head of State His Excellency President William Ruto had secretly planned against him.

"Before I was hounded out of office, he (Johanna Ng'eno) called me and told me what President William Ruto was planning to do and he was very disturbed. He felt that by Ruto doing what he was intending to do, he would distabilise his own government" Rigathi Gachagua indicated while making his remarks.

Gachagua went on to allege that while he was still in Kisumu, Johanna Ng'eno planned to visit him, and the visitation allegedly rubbed President Ruto the wrong way.

"When I was in Kisumu, he (Johanna Ng'eno) came to see me, and once Ruto learned that he was coming to see me, he sent NIS to bag my room so that he can record the conversation between me and Johanna Ng'eno." He added.
