Details of What Occurred on The Night PC Kimoi Alongside 5 Other Officers Allegedly Killed a Motorist in Ruaka
A confident publication on the Daily Nation media report has revealed to the public what occurred on the fateful night Police Constable PC Elijah Kimoi Kibelion alongside five other colleagues allegedly killed a motorist in Ruaka, Nairobi county.
According to the publication, aside from being linked with the recent murder of Dr Mutiso, PC Elijah Kimoi was yet again entangled in another murder case of allegedly killing a motorist Stephen Njoroge Gichuhi, on the night of 14th, January, 2011.
On the fateful night, the late Stephen Njoroge and his four friends were driving along Slaughter Earth Road at night. They were going to their homes before they encountered PC Elijah Kimoi and his five colleagues who were doing a patrol at night.
The six officers reportedly signaled Stephen Njoroge to stop his car but Stephen continued to drive away. As a result, the six police officers opened fire before a bullet hit and killed Stephen Njoroge on the spot. His four friends luckily survived.
As a result, Elijah Kibelion and his five colleagues were arrested and charged in court over the murder of Stephen Njoroge.
Despite the fact that the judge pronounced that the six officers had a case to answer, only two officers were found guilty by the court, while the other four Elijah Kibelion included were found not guilty. The two who were found guilty were given a jail term of three (3) years.
In the recent murder of Dr Mutiso, Elijah Kibelion allegedly issued his gun that was used by the assassin to eliminate the veteran health officer.
