Fresh Details About Police Constable PC Kibelion Kimoi Linked to Dr Victoria Mutiso Murder Emerge Reveals Why He Had Been Jailed For Six Years
Police Constable PC Elijah Kibelion Kimoi who was working at Karindi police post in Kikuyu has yet again found himself in more trouble, days after he was linked to the murder of veteran clinical psychiatrist Dr Victoria Nthunya Mutiso
According to a news report on KTN television, on Saturday 8th August 2026, after it was reported by the Director of Directorate of Criminal Investigation DCI boss Mohammed Amin that Elijah Kibelion was the officer who pulled the trigger on Dr Mutiso, more disturbing details about his past emerged thus drawing much public attention.
Accident to KTN news few years before Elijah Kibelion started working at Karindi police post under Kikuyu Police Station, he was allegedly jailed for six years after being involved together with six other police officers in the murder of onr Stephen Gichui Njoroge.
It was established that Elijah Kibelion and his six accomplices had allegedly killed Njoroge in Gigiri, before he was arrested and charged in court concerning the matter before he was jailed for six years. How he was later released from custody is still a mystery.
Six years later, Elijah Kibelion's name had yet again been dragged into the mad after he was linked to Dr Victoria Mutiso's murder.
It is believed that on the fateful day Dr Mutiso was assassinated, Elijah Kibelion was transported to the shooting scene by a bodaboda rider who has been identified as Kelvin Ngugi.
After Mutiso's taxi was blocked by an awaiting Prado, Elijah Kibelion went out from the bike and allegedly pulled the trigger on Dr Mutiso, shooting her three (3) times at very close range. After the ill mission they vanished away together with the bodaboda rider.
According to reports Elijah Kibelion was to be paid Ksh 500,000 after completing the mission as was the case of his two other colleagues who had been given a down payment before they killed Dr Mutiso.
